The client requested a freestanding patio cover near the pool and additional hardscape and wooden deck to make lounging around the pool with friends and family relaxing and enjoyable.
The client wanted to be able to host night-time luaus complete with lighting around the deck.
Project took 2 weeks to complete and was built out of pressure treated wood as an economical substitution for cedar wood. We set the deck boards on angle to create a dynamic look. The 12x12 pavilion with black metal spindles and pressure treated handrail offer an updated look. Built in storage with hidden removable panels allows the homeowner storage of patio items and other garden necessities. Three separate entrances to the deck; backyard, patio door and from the pool area offering lots of options for entertaining in the sun and shade.
